Tanya Douglas Office Coordinator

Team member since 1999. I am a satisfied prior patient, as are my children. I combine my love for music and youth as I help at my church. That also lets me enjoy time with my family while helping share God's love.

Terri Hancock New Patient Coordinator

Team member since 2019. I have 25 years of experience in the medical field. I enjoy time with my husband and four children. My whole family has actually been treated by PAO. We love to travel, I love to go anywhere that its cold! I also have my RDA!

Suzanna Pickering Marketing, Media, and Events Coordinator

Team member since 1998. I am Dr. Pickering's Daughter! I graduated from Auburn University in May 2020 with a degree in Apparel Design. I am fluent in Spanish and enjoy translating for all our Spanish speaking patients. I love traveling and my goal is to travel to every country!

Nancy Owen Scheduling Coordinator

Team member since 2003. I have been in Orthodontics for more than 19 years. I love spending time with my family, especially my granddaughter, Olivia. I also enjoy riding bikes, walking and traveling.

Gina King Scheduling Coordinator

Team member since 2015. For more than 25 years I taught fourth grade, kindergarten, and private piano lessons. My favorite interest is being with family, especially my grandchildren. I also greatly enjoy decorating, event planning, and playing the piano.

Jill Turner Scheduling Coordinator

Team member since 2023. I love seeing people smile! My favorite TV show is Greys Anatomy. My favorite restaurant is La Fiesta. I love traveling, my favorite place to go is St. George Island. I love spending time with my family and friends in my free time. My hobbies are cooking, boating, board games. Fun fact, I have 2 mini pigs named Penny and Ruby.

Dawn Silvery Scheduling Coordinator

Team member since 2023, but I have been in the dental field since 2018. My daughter is a previous patient and every time we came in everything was always wonderful. My favorite Book is Stephen King’s Salem’s Lot, favorite movie is Pride and Prejudice, and favorite tv show is Friends. My hobbies are gardening, reading, traveling and shopping.

Regina Lovelace Financial Coordinator

Team member since 2012. I was in the health care field for 25 years before coming to PAO. I enjoy spending time with my son, William Edward! My favorite movie is The Greatest Showman, my favorite tv show is the Original NCIS with Gibbs. My favorite restaurant is the Pottery House Café. My favorite place to travel is the beach or the mountains.

Joanne Wood Scheduling & Insurance Coordinator

Team member since 2018. My primary interests include family time, watching movies, and listening to music. All my children are prior patients and I actually just found out mu daughter is expecting my first grand baby isn 2024. I love cooking and baking, but when I get to do it with my family it is even better.

Sarah Douglas Financial & Insurane Coordinator

Team member since 2021. I love spending time with my two grandbabies more than anything! My son was a previous patient and I enjoy watching all the wonderful smile transformations. My favorite place to eat is anywhere Italian.

Kim Ingram Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2003. I have been in Orthodontics for more than 40 years, and in that time many patients have stolen my heart. I love making memories with my grandbabies. I also enjoy doing home projects, floating in the pool, watching movies and family celebrations. I love gardening and playing card games with my friends.

Lindsey Pierce Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2000. I love spending time with family & friends. I am a baseball mom to my boys, Brennen and Maddox. I have been married to the love of my life for 17 years. I love being a boy mom! I have the cutest white schnauzer named Maggie. I also really enjoy shopping and working out!

Brittany Gore Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2009. I am a satisfied prior patient and I can't wait to work on my kids one day! I love spending time with my kids, Peyton and Presley, and my husband, Sam. I enjoy watching UT football, going to the lake, and traveling. My favorite place to travel is the beach.

Chloe Cate Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2017. I am a previous patient as was my husband! I enjoy being with my husband, Adam, dogs and my baby girls, Josie and Kameron. I love coaching and playing softball. My favorite movie is Sweet Home Alabama.

Bethany Phillips Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2018. I am a satisfied prior patient, in fact Dr. P and Lindsey inspired me to go into the dental field. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my two kids, Delaney and Berkley, and husband, Josh. I also enjoy being outdoors, fishing, and hunting.

Abigail Lawrence Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2020. I love spending time with my family and being outdoors! I recently married my high school sweetheart, and we have a dog named Maverick. My favorite place on earth is Disney World and I can twirl a baton that's on fire!

LeAndra Lakin Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2019. I have been in the Industry since 2005. I love spending time with my family, my two daughters always keep me busy. I'm and avid reader, so in my spare time I enjoy curling up with a good book. The beach is my happy place, but I love traveling to new places.

Chloe Weddle Clinical Assitant

Team member since 2022. I love how fast paced and hands on Ortho is! I enjoy hanging out with my boyfriend, who also happens to be a past patient! I love traveling, my favorite place is Turks and Caicos; I love being anywhere near water! My hobbies include reading, working out, shoppings and traveling.

Katie Smith Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2020. I enjoy spending time with my husband and dogs, and I love traveling, recently I visited Japan and absolutely loved it! I love going to concerts, traveling and spending time in the mountains in my spare time.

Kira James Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2019. I am a satisfied prior patient. My favorite TV show is Friends, Movie: Dirty Dancing, and Book: Looking for Alaska. Favorite Restaurant is Tangerine Japanese Cuisine. My favorite thing to do in my free time is spend time with my nephews. My hobbies are Reading, building Lego sets. I love live music and concerts, farmers markets, and good food.

Vada Yearwood Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2016. I enjoy family time, especially with my husband and dogs. I like the outdoors, but mostly I am a huge Atlanta Braves fan. I love watching Major League Baseball! I also love traveling, my favorite place to go is the beach!

Sara Hammond Clinical Assistant / Social Media

Team member since 2020. I graduated from Dental Assisting School in October 2020. I shadowed and was just blown away. I also, really loved how you got to truly connect with your patients! I LOVE traveling to arizona! It’s such a fun atmosphere and a great change from knox! I love traveling! My favorite thing to do in my free time is to visit all the local coffee shops and find new local places to shop/eat!

Kathleen Bennett Clinical Assitant

Team member since 2023. I love spending time with my family, traveling, and my cat whose name is Margo. My favorite restaurant in Knoxville is Drakes. I love watching Gossip Girl. I love how hands on and fast paced Orthodontics is.

Taylor Davis Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2023. My favorite way to pass time is spending time with my labradoodle Honey! We love to go on walks, cuddle, and watch shows.I also love spending time with close friends and family! I like to paint, draw, and sing!

Chloe Kasefang Sterilization Technician

Team member since 2021. I love seeing our patients grow in their confidence with a new, beautiful smile! I love spending time with my family, and friends. I enjoy trying new foods, but I'll always be faithful to my favorite place, Altruda's. I married my high school sweetheart in 2022!

Haley Pavshak Sterilization Technician

Team member since 2022. I have a a twin sister named, Hanna. I graduated in 2021 and plan to pursue a career in as an Orthodontist. I love reading, swimming, and spending time with family!

Misty Seal Treatment Coordinator

Team member since 2020. I’ve been in the industry for 24 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and camping. I am happily married and my husband and I have 3 girls. I love the beach and I hope to travel a little bit. My. favorite movie is dirty dancing! My favorite TV show yellow stone.

Brenda Hurst Treatment Coordinator / Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2013 and I have been in dentistry for more than 25 years. All three of my kids are previous patients. I really enjoying spending time with my family, especially my first grand baby! I also love camping, reading, and shopping.

Vanessa Durham Treatment Coordinator / Clinical Assistant

Team member since 2017. I’ve been in the industry since 2016. I enjoy reading, fishing, music, swimming and refurbishing old furniture, and I love spending time with my daughter, Addy.

Sara Johnson Treatment Coordinator

Team member since 2015 and a satisfied prior patient. My husband and I have two beautiful kiddos, Emery Ann and Brooks. I love spending time with my family, being involved at our church, and cheering on the Vols! I also enjoy making decorated sugar cookies in my spare time.

Laura Becker Treatment Coordinator

Team member since 2023. I enjoy riding dirt bikes, line dancing and going to the beach. I recently moved to Knoxville from Southern California. I really enjoy Downtown Knoxville and going to football games. I love Orthodontics because I love getting to see people's smiles and confidence grow.

Mary Love Lab Technician

Team member since 2003. I have been in Orthodontics for more than 40 years. I enjoy traveling to visit my children and grandchildren. I also love sewing and baking in my free time.

Diane Rose Lab Technician

Team member since 2003. I have been in Orthodontics for more than 40 years. I love hiking, spending time with family-especially my grand babies, reading, shopping, and working with my church. My favorite restaurant is the peddler, and my favorite place to travel is Hawaii.

Melissa Lappe IDB Technician

Team member since 2022. I’ve been in the industry for 20 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs.

Debra Williams 3D Technician

Team member since 2022. I enjoy spending time with my family and going to the beach! I love spending time in the lab you can always finds laughing together.
